The loyalty program

At the end of the 90’s, the competition on the green cosmetics market grew up fastly. To face this problem, Body Shop decided to repositions themselves as a « masstige » (a prestigious product on a mass market). Consequently they began to propose top of the range products at afordable prices.

"Love your body"’s club pampers its loyal customers

In order to enhance its loyalty’s customers, The Body Shop launched in may 2004, a loyalty programm called « Love your body ». Members become real VIP of the brand, through the purchase of an annual card.
For 10€, the club « Love your body » offers lots of advantages : 10% of discount on each product all the year along, a discount of 10€ after the forth purchase (if the purchases are at a minimum of 20€), 15€ of discount after eight purchases, 10€ of discount during the customer’s birthday’s month, special offers, private invitations reserved exclusively to the club members.

Moreover, the 10% may be held concurrently with other promotions like the sales.

With this Yves Rocher loyalty card, you cumulate some petals each time you buy an article (1€ equals to 10 petals).

Each time you buy something in a YR shop, your petals score is updated at the back of your card. Loyalty rewards can be products or beauty salon care reductions, invitations, gifts and other benefits at the hostel Eco Spa by Yves Rocher.
